Wellness: Full Moon Yoga + Sound Healing

Service Description

For Age 16+ Harmonizing the beauty of yoga and sound healing experience, join us for a full moon evening of serenity, restoration and grounding. The purifying sound vibrations of singing bowls and gongs will amplify the re-centering energy that the full moon has to offer. You will flow through guided gentle movement and breathwork, followed by deep relaxation. This experience is the perfect way to release what no longer serves you and prepare for the new month ahead, setting fresh intentions with clarity and peace. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Dress comfortably for gentle movement. Bring a yoga mat and a big towel/blanket. ***Workshop may be cancelled if insufficient enrolment, a full refund will be provided***

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy - Cancellation by Participant: - Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the workshop can choose to transfer their credit to another workshop. - Cancellations made between 2-7 days prior to the workshop will receive a 50% credit towards another workshop. - No credits will be provided for cancellations made less than 24hrs before the workshop. - Cancellation by Kaleido: - Kaleido reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. Participants will receive a full credit towards another workshop.
