- Cancellation by Participant:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the workshop can choose to transfer their credit to another workshop.
- Cancellations made between 2-7 days prior to the workshop will receive a 50% credit towards another workshop.
- No credits will be provided for cancellations made less than 24hrs before the workshop.
- Cancellation by Kaleido:
- Kaleido reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. Participants will receive a full credit towards another workshop.
