Cancellation Policy

1. Both members and non-members are welcome to rent Kaleido’s spaces. (Consider joining our Kaleido Corp Membership to get 10% off your venue rental) 2. Prior to booking, please consider time required to set-up before the event and clean up after the event the area and include in those time when you book your event. 3. Kaleido supports collaborative, business or interest related events such as seminars, team building events, workshops, artistic showings, networking events, personal events and parties, etc. 4. Accessibility, decorations, events, and hours or operations will be handled on case by case bases. All rental fees listed on our website are subject to change due to time of year, number of attendees, and hours of events. Renters are advised to check our website from time to time for any change of rental fees. 5. Kaleido have the following equipments available for renter’s event. Renters may book theses equipment with charges: Projector / Sound System / Wireless Microphone / Chairs & 4 ft tables. **Any additional equipment requirements are the responsibility of the renter. The renter shall review the additional equipment with the management of Kaleido [x] prior to the date of use of the venue for the suitability of use and arrangement of transportation of the equipment and bought it at the renter's own expense. 6. The area must be restored to its original state and condition as it is delivered by Kaleido to the renter. This includes your event produces. The Client shall be fully liable for any costs incurred by Kaleido for the removal of garbage or any extraordinary cleaning required. 7. Please Note: The white board painted wall was equipped at the relax area behind the toilet and is available for use without charge. **Please be advised that ONLY use the dry-erase markers provided. 8. The Renter shall produce a copy of the Special Event Liability Insurance ($2 mill) no later than ten (10) days prior to event as per Kaleido requested if applicable. Otherwise Kaleido reserves the right to cancel your reservation without a deposit refund.
